GENERAL DESCRIPTIONTHESE ARE WONDERFUL 3 BEDROOM VILLAS, EACH WITH A PRIVATE POOL & THEY ARE OF A FEW IN CORFU WITH STEPS LEADING DOWN TO THE BEACH, ON AN ALMOST PRIVATE BAY WITH STUNNING VIEWS ON EVERY SIDE! The complex comprises of two deluxe pool villas (Afroditi / Nafsika), built side-by-side on an 1800m² privately-owned, fenced property. Peaceful location, ideal for families seeking relaxation. Each villas has a total area of 125m², it comprises of three floors and can accommodate up to seven (7) adults. On the ground floor one will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a lounge room with a sofa, a fireplace and W.C. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, whilst the 2nd floor comprises of an open area with a double bed and sofa that folds out into a bed and a kitchenette. The villas are suitable for large families or large groups and can be rented as one property. In that case the intermediate fence can be removed.

Bedroom 3: Double bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a hydro massage column, a window with a spectacular mountain - sea view. Continuing on from the bedroom is a small area (small lounge area) with a sofa that folds out into a bed, cupboards with a sink, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and a huge window offering a sea view. All bedrooms comprise of LCD satellite television, fitted wardrobes and hair dryer. KITCHEN: The fully-equipped kitchen comprises of everything that you may require: Electric oven, range hood, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, sandwich maker, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, espresso machine, filtered coffee machine. AUXILLARY ROOM: Comprises of the essentials: Iron and ironing table, washing machine, pantry. LOUNGE ROOM: High quality design and furnishing, comprising of a comfortable four-seater sofa, LCD satellite television, DVD, CD player, wireless internet. DINING ROOM: A table and seats which accommodate 6 people, overlooking the sea. LINEN CHANGE / HOUSEKEEPING: Twice weekly. NOTES CONCERNING THE ACCOMMODATIONThe villas comprise of automatic climate control in all areas, screens on all windows, a first aid kit, a safe and fireplace making is particularly suitable for rental during the winter. The villas are suitable for all ages, however if you are planning on travelling with small children, let us know in advance so that we can provide you with a cot and high chair, if you so desire. Towels and sheets are provided during your stay. The villas can be rented jointly by large families or large groups of friends and in this case we can remove the partition.

BEACHESNearest beach in front of property. After a 10-minute walk or 2 minute drive you will be able to enjoy a swim at Halikouna beach, one of the largest and most beautiful beaches of Corfu. The stunning beaches at Paramona, Prassoudi and Stalahto are also a 10-minute drive away.
FURTHER DETAILSSome nearby attractions and facilities: The picturesque village of Agios Mathaios is a 10 min drive with two well stocked local supermarkets, two tavernas, cafe-bar, butcher, bakery, chemist, ATM machine. The local town of Moraitica(10 min drive) also has a number of restaurants, supermarkets, various gift shops numerous bars and clubs and medical facilities. The owners reside at as short distance from the villas and personally attend to the rental of the villas as well as the customer service ensuring that their guests’ stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Linen and towels provided and changed twice weekly. Maid service twice a week. Pool cleaned every other day in early morning.
